Nicole Brandes Speaker Biography
Nicole Brandes is a sought after international management coach, book author and partner of the Zukunftsinstitut and is considered to be an important thought leader in Europe. The former manager has an exceptional path: she worked with the world's powerful and influential for more than 15 years.
She began her career as a delegate to the Executive Committee, has equipped several well-known companies with a new culture and won marketing awards. For Queen Silvia of Sweden, she led a foundation. When she led the aid on the ground in 1998 at the Halifax plane accident, she realized that man has the highest priority for a successful leadership. Since then she represents the human aspect, especially in the digital age.
Nicole Brandes studied strategic management, communication, intercultural mediation, coaching and existential leadership according to the teachings of Viktorl Frankl. Always curious about new things, she trains drama in America and studied eight years of Taoism with two Chinese grandmasters. She also uses certain concepts in her coaching.
Nicole is a consultant in various organizations, has a teaching assignment at the University of St. Gallen and at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences.
