He bought, built, and successfully sold a regional construction products distributorship and has over 35 years of experience working, studying, and leading in the distribution field.

Marshall is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned his B.S. in Industrial Distribution. He enjoys sharing his experiences through speaking engagements and draws on real-life lessons to help his audience thrive in distribution.
